Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

📍 Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

🕒 Shift: US Rotational/Night Shift

📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable working in US Night Shift.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹18,000-₹23,000 per month

Experienced (6+ Months International BPO): ₹25,000-₹28,000 per month

PBI Incentives: Up to ₹2,750 per month

Travel Allowance:

One Way: ₹1,750

Two-Way: ₹3,500
