Job Title: Sales Executive / Customer Support (Upselling)

Location: Sector 127, Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are hiring for Sales Executive / Customer Support roles for a Domestic BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions and driving sales through upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

Upsell services/products to existing customers

Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong relationships

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Update call records and maintain proper documentation

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Customer Support / Upselling
