Hiring: Associate Process Manager / Team Lead – International Voice & Chat Process

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader with strong people management skills

Total experience between 4–10 years

Must have inbound & Outbound process experience

Excellent communication and customer handling abilities

Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (US shifts)

Knowledge of the Telecom/Cable domain

Proficiency in MS Excel

Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,000
