Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – BPO Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives in a leading NBFC. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring high productivity and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of BPO Sales Executives.

• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

• Drive customer acquisition and business generation through tele-sales activities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

• Track team performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Identify training needs and support team development initiatives.

• Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO Sales, Tele-sales, BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or related sales domain.

• Prior experience in team handling is preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
