Process: Chat / Email / Voice Support

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.
Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply
Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.
Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24•7rotational shifts. (Transport Available)
Working Conditions:
5 days working
2 rotational week offs
Interview Round: - HR Round, Ops round & Typing
Compensation: -
Experience (6months & above): 2,03,700 LPA: 15,208 in hand
Fresher: 1,84,300 LPA: 13744 in hand
