Job Summary
Zoetic BPO Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced Office Manager to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The candidate will be responsible for administrative management, staff coordination, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations
Supervise administrative staff and office assistants
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and management
Monitor office supplies and vendor management
Handle client communication and appointment scheduling
Ensure office discipline and productivity
Assist management in operational planning
Required Skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience
6 Months to 4 years experience in office administration or management
