## Job Description: Billing Executive / Executive Finance

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

## About the Role

VERSETRA TOURS is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, corporate accounts, and fleet invoicing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in transport, logistics, or the car rental industry, with hands-on knowledge of billing software.

## Core Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Create accurate rental invoices using daily logs, mileage, fuel, and toll/Fastag usage.

• Contract Reconciliation: Verify rental agreements against system data to prevent revenue leakage.

• Corporate & B2B Billing: Manage accounts for corporate clients and travel agencies based on specific billing cycles.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure all generated bills adhere to necessary tax guidelines and regulations.

• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding billing discrepancies or extra charges promptly.

• MIS & Reporting: Maintain detailed digital logs of fleet revenues and track billed versus unbilled trips.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years in billing, accounting, or finance.

• Industry Preference: Transport, logistics, tour operations, or car rental industry experience is highly preferred.

• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced MS Excel).

• Specialized Software: Prior familiarity or working knowledge of Indecab software is a major plus.

• Attributes: Sharp analytical skills, high accuracy in data entry, and good communication for dispute resolution.
