🏢 Position: Service Manager

📍 Location: Sonarpur (Reputed Firm)

💰 Salary: ₹14,000/- + PF & ESI

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers

✅ Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues

✅ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

✅ Track service requests and ensure proper follow-up until completion

✅ Prepare and maintain service-related records and reports

✅ Handle customer queries and provide prompt support

Requirements:

✔ Good communication and customer handling skills

✔ Ability to manage and coordinate service operations efficiently

✔ Basic computer knowledge preferred

✔ Prior experience in service coordination/customer service will be an advantage
