Job వివరణ

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Customer Support for MBTS Empower World Private Limited, Sector 63, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the customer support team.

• Handle customer calls, queries, complaints and escalations professionally.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide proper solutions to customers.

• Monitor team performance, daily tasks and call quality.

• Maintain customer records, reports and follow-up data.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations and Management teams.

• Train and guide team members to improve communication and performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of departmental targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Post Graduate or above.

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Team Handling.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Good command of Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting.

• Ability to manage a team and resolve customer issues.

• Responsible, disciplined and result-oriented personality.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
