Hiring: Assistant Manager to Managing Director (MD)

​Excellent Finserv Private Limited is looking for a versatile and highly organized Assistant Manager to work directly with the MD and oversee overall office operations.

​Job Details: ​

• Position Assistant Manager (to MD)
• ​Location: Sector 62, Noida
• ​Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on experience & skills)
• ​Office Timing: 1:30 AM to 9:30 PM

​Key Responsibilities (All-rounder Rle):

• ​Meeting Management: MD ki sabhi meetings schedule karna, agend taiyaar karna aur minutes of meeting (MOM note karna.
• Customer Support: Clint ki problems ko sunna aur unka samadhan (resoluton) nikalna taaki servic quality bani rahe.
• ​Office Coordination: Office ke daily operations aur saff ke kamo par nazar rakhna.
• ​Communication: MD ki taraf se emils aur calls handle karna aur important updates dena.
• ​Problem Solving: Business mein aan wali chhoti-badi rukaaton ko apne star par handle karna.
• ​MD Meetings: Depending on the requirements, you will be expected to attend and participate in meetings with the Managing Director (MD)​.

Candidate Requirements:

• ​Experience 0-2 saal ka administrative ya management experience.
• ​Skills: Strong leadrship, multitasking, aur MS Office (Excel/Word) mein maharat.
• ​Communicaion: Hindi aur English dono bhashaon mein achhi pakad.
• ​Attitude: Proctive hona chaiye (jo bina kahe kaam ko samajh le aur zimmedari le.
