Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR Caller) – Voice Process / Medical Billing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–4 Years

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Cab Facility: One-way drop available

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with knowledge of US healthcare RCM to follow up on insurance claims and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with US insurance companies on pending claims
Handle denials and resolve payment issues
Review payment details and identify discrepancies
Ensure timely closure of outstanding receivables
Maintain accurate claim updates and records

Requirements:

1–4 years of AR calling experience (US healthcare)
Strong knowledge of medical billing & denial management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working night shifts
