Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team as AR Callers. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
Maintain accurate records of claim status and payment updates
Analyze claim issues and take appropriate action for resolution
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Work effectively with the team and reporting manager
