About the Role:
Managing day to day store level operational activities to ensure the seamless guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles and garnishing food items.
Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu offerings.
Prepare food items according to standard recipes provided by the store manager.
Operate the cash register and handle customer payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
Prepare ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Handle phone orders and deliver quality customer service.
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment at all times.
Monitor and maintain proper stock levels and inventory at the outlet.
Participate in training programs to improve service skills and product knowledge.
