Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including variety Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapams, Sambar, and Chutneys.Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation according to shop standards.Handle daily bulk preparation of batters (Idli/Dosa batter) and fillings.Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols.Manage inventory of kitchen raw materials and minimize wastage.Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a South Indian cook/chef in a restaurant, sweet shop, or commercial kitchen.Mastery in bulk batter preparation and fermentation techniques.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak morning and evening hours.Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
