Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef who specializes in preparing traditional South Indian dishes, especially a variety of dosas, chutneys, and sambhar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a high-volume kitchen and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of South Indian dishes including:

  • Dosa varieties (Plain, Masala, Rava, Ghee, etc.)

  • Idli, Vada, Uttapam

  • Sambhar and multiple chutneys

• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation

• Maintain proper fermentation of batter and ingredient quality

• Manage tawa operations efficiently during peak hours

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards

• Train and guide kitchen assistants when required

• Ensure minimal wastage and proper storage of raw materials

Requirements

• Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or Dosa Master

• Strong expertise in dosa batter preparation and fermentation

• Ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
