Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and hygienic food, maintaining food quality, cleanliness and kitchen safety. The chef should be able to manage kitchen work efficiently and work well with the team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food as per the menu and maintain consistent taste and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle kitchen equipment safely.
Work efficiently during busy hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef is preferred.
Knowledge of South Indian and other Indian dishes will be an advantage.
Good cooking skills and cleanliness.
Ability to work in a team.
Responsible and punctual.
