Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, etc.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Prepare batters, masalas, and mise en place as per kitchen standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety guidelines
Follow instructions from senior chefs (DCDP/CDP)
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
Support in daily kitchen operations and service
Maintain discipline and adhere to company policies
