✔ Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
✔ Maintain food hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
✔ Monitor food preparation, portion control, and wastage management.
✔ Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
✔ Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
✅ Hands-on expertise in traditional South Indian food preparation.
✅ Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
