We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook with strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and traditional curries.
Manage live cooking counters when required, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B team during buffet service and events.
Assist in food tasting and menu preparation before service.
Reduce food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
Follow instructions from seniors and support smooth kitchen operations.
