Job Title: Café Barista (Multiple Positions)
Company: Mardamed Healthcare, 2nd Floor Mantri Mall, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru.
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Job Description:
Mardamed Healthcare is looking for an experienced 2 Senior Barista, 2 Junior Barista to manage our in-house café, preparing coffee, beverages, curd bowls, and healthy eating options in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, curd bowls, and healthy food options
Plan and prepare a simple, nutritious café menu
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Manage inventory and daily café operations
Coordinate with café food and beverage vendors
Should have existing vendor contacts related to café food, beverages, and supplies
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a café/healthy food setup
Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation
Ability to design menus and handle vendor sourcing
Strong communication and customer service skills
