Job Title: Sandwich Maker & Chaat Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Sandwich Maker who can prepare a wide variety of popular sandwiches and chaat items with consistency, hygiene, and great taste. The ideal candidate should have a passion for street-style food, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a range of sandwiches including grilled, toasted, cold, and specialty varieties.

- Create popular chaat items such as sev puri, bhel puri, dahi puri, and other street-style snacks.

- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation across all items.

- Innovate and suggest new menu ideas or variations to enhance offerings.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

- Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.

- Regularly clean utensils, surfaces, and storage areas as per hygiene protocols.

- Manage basic inventory of ingredients and inform when restocking is required.

- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sandwich making, fast food, or street food preparation preferred.

- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong work ethic with a responsible and disciplined attitude.

- Creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with flavors and presentation.

- Willingness to handle cleaning and maintenance duties regularly.
