Retail Chat Counter Staff

Job Summary:
We are looking for 1–2 energetic and customer-friendly candidates to handle the retail chaat counter at our Karol Bagh outlet. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in chaat preparation and counter handling, along with good customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the retail chaat counter and prepare chaat items as per standard recipes.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation.

• Take customer orders and serve them efficiently.

• Manage counter setup, mise en place, and replenishment during service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

• Handle peak-hour customer flow efficiently.

• Minimize food wastage and follow company SOPs.

• Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in chaat preparation or retail food counter handling.

• Good knowledge of common Indian chaat items.

• Customer-friendly and presentable personality.

• Good communication and service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
