A reputed FMCG Biscuit Manufacturing Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage Operations, Procurement, and Sales functions for its Café Business and Franchise Channel. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
MBA or Diploma in Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Preferred Background
Experience in Café, Restaurant, Hotel, QSR, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality Industry
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, ERP systems)
Candidates based in Gurgaon or South Delhi will be preferred
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day operations of café and franchise business outlets
Ensure smooth functioning of stores and adherence to company policies
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Procurement & Vendor Management
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across locations
Implement inventory planning and control measures
Minimize wastage and optimize operational costs
Maintain proper records and reporting systems
Sales & Business Development
Support retail and B2B sales growth initiatives
Develop and strengthen franchise and café business channels
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales
Build relationships with key customers and business partners
Business Expansion
Assist in new store setup and franchise expansion activities
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
Support market development and business growth plans
