Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

• Upsell combo meals, add-ons, and promotions.

• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.

• Ensure fast and friendly service at counter and delivery handover.

2. Order Processing & Cashiering

• Operate POS systems efficiently.

• Ensure accurate billing and payment collection (cash/card/UPI).

• Maintain zero cash shortage/excess at shift closing.

• Issue bills and ensure correct order packaging.

3. Food Preparation

• Prepare pizzas, sides, and beverages as per SOP.

• Maintain portion control and presentation standards.

• Ensure timely preparation to meet delivery timelines.

• Monitor ingredient quality and expiry dates.

4. Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene.

• Follow food safety standards and cleaning schedules.

• Keep workstations clean during and after shift.

• Follow proper handwashing and glove protocols.

5. Inventory & Stock Support

• Assist in stock counting.

• Inform supervisor about low stock levels.

• Minimize wastage and pilferage.

6. Team Coordination

• Support teammates during rush hours.

• Follow shift schedules and punctuality norms.

• Participate in training and briefing sessions.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
