Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Pizza Maker who can prepare and assemble pizzas as per company SOPs, maintain food quality, and ensure timely order preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble pizzas as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Handle pizza toppings, sauces, cheese, and other ingredients properly.
- Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain stock levels and minimize food wastage.
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Experience in pizza making or kitchen operations preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
