Pizza Chef – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas as per standard recipes and quality guidelines
Handle dough preparation, fermentation, toppings, and baking
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Manage inventory of ingredients and reduce wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff during peak hours
Follow SOPs and support menu development when required
