About the Role

We are hiring team members for our Pizza Department, from Fresher/Pre-Pizza to Senior, Trainer and Leader levels.

You will be responsible for pizza preparation, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, following SOPs, and working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas following Pizza 4P’s standards and SOPs.

• Handle the complete pizza-making process: Preparation, Stretch, Make, Bake and Cut.

• Prepare ingredients, maintain proper storage, labelling and workstation cleanliness.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

• Maintain consistency in pizza quality, taste, appearance and portioning.

• Handle pizza equipment and tools safely.

• Work closely with the kitchen team during daily operations and peak hours.

• Maintain discipline, grooming, attendance and workplace standards.

• Support and guide junior team members when required.

• Senior/Trainer/Leader candidates will also support training, coaching, quality checks, team coordination and daily Pizza section operations.

Experience Requirements

• Fresher / Pre-Pizza: 0–1 year; no prior experience required.

• Junior Pizza: 1–2 years of kitchen/pizza experience.

• Senior Pizza: 2–4 years of pizza/kitchen experience.

• Trainer Pizza: 3–5 years of pizza/kitchen experience with training or mentoring exposure.

• Leader Pizza: 4–6 years of F&B/kitchen experience with supervisory or section-lead exposure.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years for entry-level positions; age requirements increase by level.

• High School qualification preferred.

• English communication required.

• Pizza, Italian cuisine, restaurant or organised F&B experience is preferred for experienced positions.

• Willingness to work in a shift-based, high-temperature kitchen environment.

• Good teamwork, discipline, responsibility and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods.
