Pizza Chef

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to prepare high-quality pizzas according to standard recipes and customer preferences. The ideal candidate should have experience in dough preparation, topping selection, oven operation, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch.

• Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas according to restaurant standards.

• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.

• Manage inventory and inform management about stock requirements.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Assist in developing new pizza recipes and menu items.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

• Handle customer special requests and dietary requirements when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizza Maker, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, pizza preparation, and baking techniques.

• Experience using deck, conveyor, stone, or wood-fired ovens.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
