We’re Hiring: Pastry Commi for a Leading Café (Continental, Indian & Bakery Cuisine)

Location: Central Kitchen – Turbhe
Experience: Relevant experience in pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation preferred
Timing: Rotational shift
Salary: 15k to 20k + PF and ESIC benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in pastry preparation – cakes, desserts, and baked items

• Strong understanding of recipes, measurements, and pastry techniques

• Assist in preparation and presentation of a variety of bakery and confectionery products

• Maintain hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
