We are looking for an experienced North Indian Chef who specializes in preparing authentic North Indian cuisine. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, food presentation, and kitchen operations while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook North Indian dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Prepare gravies, curries, starters, breads, and main course dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Monitor food stock and coordinate for inventory requirements
Minimize food wastage and control food cost
Follow SOPs and food safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Train junior staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen
Handle pressure during busy hours and ensure timely service
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a North Indian Chef
Good knowledge of North Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team management and communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
