Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate North Indian Chef to join our team in Gurgaon Phase 4. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic North Indian cuisine, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes as per company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a North Indian Chef.
Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine, gravies, curries, breads, and tandoor preparations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
