Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing North Indian fast food items and beverages while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve Chur Chur Naan, Chole Bhature, Sandwiches, and Mocktails.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Monitor ingredient quality and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.
Maintain proper storage and handling of food items.
Follow recipes, SOPs, and kitchen procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
Expertise in preparing Chur Chur Naan, Chole Bhature, Sandwiches, and Mocktails.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
