Line Cook

Job Title: Line Cook – Continental (Chili’s)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook – Continental to join the Chili’s kitchen team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain brand standards and food quality consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per Chili’s brand recipes and standards

• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation are maintained at all times

• Handle assigned kitchen stations efficiently during service hours

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines

• Assist in daily food prep, mise en place, and inventory management

• Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team for smooth operations

• Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage practices

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5+ years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine

• Experience working in branded restaurants or casual dining chains preferred

• Good understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with international or American casual dining brands (preferred)

• Knowledge of basic inventory and food costing

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
