About Sukh Chai & This Role:
Sukh Chai ek fast-growing chai QSR brand hai jo Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. Hum walk-in customers ke saath Zomato and Swiggy delivery dono handle karte hain. Hum ek Kitchen Cook Team Member dhundh rahe hain jo humari kitchen mein food prep sambhale aur especially online orders ko fast aur accurate tareeke se ready kare.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking & Food Preparation:

• Chai, snacks, sandwiches, chaats aur baked items recipe standards ke according prepare karey

• Ingredients ki daily prep karo — cutting, portioning, stocking kitchen stations

• Cooking quality aur taste consistency maintain karo har order mein

Online Order Management:

• Zomato aur Swiggy orders ko turant accept karke kitchen display/printer se track karo

• Order accuracy check karo — sahi items, sahi quantity, sahi packaging

• Delivery time SLA follow karo — orders time par ready aur handover ho

• Packaging tight aur spill-free ho, taaki delivery ke dauran quality maintain rahe

Kitchen & Hygiene:

• Kitchen equipment, utensils aur workstations clean rakho

• Food safety aur hygiene checklist follow karo

• Raw material aur finished stock ka proper storage rakho — FIFO follow karo

• Low stock ya shortage turant Shift Manager ko report karo

Team Support:

• Peak hours mein counter team ko support karo agar zarurat pade

• Kitchen ke saath-saath basic cleaning aur closing duties mein help karo
  

SALARY & BONUS STRUCTURE —
FULL BREAKDOWN COMPONENT — AMOUNT
Base Salary Rs.16,000-20,000/month
Additional Fixed Components - Food Allowance/Travel Allowance/Accomodation Allowance Depending on Candidate

Bonus 1: Attendance Bonus Rs.500/month — full attendance = full Rs.500
Bonus 2: Hygiene Bonus Rs.500/month (Can be paid weekly) — weekly hygiene audit 90%+ = Rs.500
Bonus 3: Order Accuracy Bonus Rs.500/month — kitchen error rate low rehne par (wrong/missed items)
Bonus 4: Special Performance Bonus (AI) Rs.1,500/month — no phone use + productivity score

Partial performance = partial bonus — koi bhi din zero nahi hota agar aap kaam kar rahe ho.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Age: 18-30 years

• Education: 10th pass (12th preferred)

• Language: Hindi & Basic English Reading

• Location: Sector 109 Conscient One Mall, Palam Vihar ke 4-5 km andar

• Shifts: Evening (Between 9 AM-1 AM) — fixed/rotational, discussed during interview

• Experience: Fresher ya 0-2 years in kitchen/cooking, cafe, QSR, dhaba, hotel kitchen

Quick Career Growth Path:

• Kitchen Cook Team Member → Senior Team Member in 6 months

• Senior Team Member → Kitchen Lead in 12 months

• Kitchen Lead → SOP Trainer in 12-24 months

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
