The Kitchen Staff is responsible for handling basic hot food preparation tasks in the café. This role ensures items are heated, cooked, plated, and presented according to company standards while maintaining hygiene, safety, and efficiency during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic cooking, heating, and assembling tasks as per SOP.
Operate kitchen equipment safely (microwave, OTG, fryer, etc.).
Plate and present food neatly and consistently.
Maintain portion control and minimize wastage.
Keep workstations clean and follow food safety standards.
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic kitchen knowledge and food handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and attention to detail.
