Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Store food items properly according to safety guidelines.
Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
Follow health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Support chefs and other kitchen team members during busy service hours.
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
