Candidate ko basic kitchen work aana chahiye, jaise vegetables wash karna, peel aur chop karna, ingredients ready karna aur final dish banne se pehle ki preparation mein Chef ki help karna.

Candidate hardworking, disciplined aur learning attitude wala hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities

• Vegetables aur fruits ko properly wash, clean aur chop karna.

• Vegetables ki peeling, cutting, slicing aur chopping karna.

• Cooking se pehle required ingredients ko properly prepare aur arrange karna.

• Chef ko daily food preparation mein assist karna.

• Final dish banne se pehle ki preparation complete karna.

• Chef ke instructions ke according gravies, sauces, marinades aur other basic preparations mein help karna.

• Rice, vegetables, dough aur other basic food items ki preparation mein assist karna.

• Ensure karna ki cooking start hone se pehle saare required ingredients ready hain.

• Busy kitchen hours mein Chef aur kitchen team ko support karna.

• Chef aur senior kitchen staff ke instructions properly follow karna.

• Kitchen, workstations aur cooking area ki cleanliness maintain karna.

• Utensils, chopping boards aur kitchen equipment ko clean aur properly arrange karna.

• Food handling ke time proper hygiene maintain karna.

• Kitchen supplies ko receive, arrange aur store karne mein help karna.

• Vegetables aur other ingredients ko properly store karna.

• Food aur raw material wastage ko minimum rakhna.

• Requirement ke according kitchen team ke other tasks mein support karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Kitchen Helper, Cook Helper, Commis Helper ya Restaurant Helper ka experience preferred hai.

• Basic kitchen work aur food preparation ki knowledge honi chahiye.

• Vegetables ko properly wash, peel aur chop karna aana chahiye.

• Chef ke instructions follow karne aur new kitchen tasks seekhne ki willingness honi chahiye.

• Candidate hardworking, punctual aur responsible hona chahiye.

• Busy kitchen environment mein kaam karne mein comfortable hona chahiye.

• Personal hygiene aur cleanliness ka proper dhyan rakhna chahiye.
