## 1. KST Associate

**Number of Positions:** 2

**Salary:** ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month

**Department:** Food Production / Kitchen

**Reports To:** Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

### Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic **KST Associate** to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and smooth kitchen operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist chefs in daily food preparation and mise en place.

* Wash, clean, cut, peel, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.

* Assist in basic cooking and food preparation as instructed by the Chef.

* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.

* Follow standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

* Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

* Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

* Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

* Follow hotel grooming, safety, and operational standards.

### Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 10th/12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.

* Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but freshers may also apply.

* Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

* Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

* Good discipline, punctuality, and physical stamina.

# 2. Commis – Tandoor / Chinese / Continental

**Positions:** Commis 1 & Commis 2

**Salary:** ₹16,000–₹22,000 per month

**Department:** Food Production / Kitchen

**Reports To:** Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Executive Chef

### Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic **Commis 1 & Commis 2** to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidates will assist in food preparation and cooking while maintaining the required standards of taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place according to the assigned kitchen section.

* Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and hotel quality standards.

* Work efficiently in the assigned **Tandoor, Chinese, or Continental** section.

* Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.

* Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, quality, and presentation.

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food products.

* Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before preparation.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.

* Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures as applicable.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

* Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

* Assist with buffet, banquet, restaurant, and special-event preparations.

* Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food service.

* Follow hotel grooming, safety, and departmental standards.

### Section-Specific Skills

**Tandoor**

* Knowledge of tandoor preparation and cooking techniques.

* Preparation of breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor items.

* Proper handling and safety procedures around the tandoor.

**Chinese**

* Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques.

* Preparation of noodles, fried rice, sauces, starters, and main-course dishes.

* Proper use of wok and Chinese cooking equipment.

**Continental**

* Knowledge of basic Continental food preparation and cooking techniques.

* Preparation of soups, sauces, pasta, vegetables, and Continental main courses.

* Understanding of basic plating and presentation standards.

### Candidate Requirements

* Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.

* Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience is an advantage.

* **Commis 1:** Relevant experience in the assigned section is preferred.

* **Commis 2:** Basic kitchen experience and knowledge of food preparation preferred.

* Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

* Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

* Team player with good discipline and a willingness to learn.

* Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
