Job Responsibilities

1. Breakfast & Tea Preparation

• Prepare and serve breakfast for elders and staff.

• Prepare tea and other morning beverages.

• Ensure breakfast is prepared hygienically and served on time.

2. Mid-Day Tasks

• Wash, cut, and serve fresh fruits.

• Prepare soup for lunch or as per the daily menu.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene during food preparation.

3. Lunch Preparation

• Cook and serve lunch according to the planned daily menu.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and timely service.

4. Evening Tea & Snacks

• Prepare and serve evening tea.

• Prepare and serve snacks as per the daily menu.

5. Dinner Preparation

• Cook and serve dinner according to the menu requirements.

• Ensure meals are served fresh and on time.

6. Kitchen Management & Other Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Ensure meals are prepared with care, following proper food-safety and hygiene practices.

• Ensure timely preparation and serving of all meals.

• Manage kitchen stock and monitor daily supplies.

• Check inventory regularly and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Properly store food items and maintain an organized kitchen.

• Follow instructions given by the supervisor and maintain a disciplined work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in kitchen work, cooking, or food preparation is preferred.

• Good knowledge of basic cooking and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to manage multiple meal preparations during the day.

• Responsible, punctual, and caring attitude, especially while preparing meals for elders.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
