Kitchen Helper

Momo Delights is a premium momos and dumplings brand known for quality, hygiene, taste, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and cleaning activities.

Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper will assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, washing utensils, organizing kitchen supplies, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. The candidate should be disciplined, hygienic, energetic, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, peeling, and sorting vegetables.

• Help in momo preparation, filling handling, dough preparation support, and tray arrangement.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, storage area, and workstations.

• Wash utensils, trays, equipment, and kitchen tools properly.

• Support chefs during cooking, steaming, packing, and production activities.

• Keep raw materials and ingredients organized as per kitchen instructions.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.

• Dispose of waste properly and keep dustbins clean.

• Help in loading, unloading, and storing kitchen supplies.

• Report any shortage of ingredients, damaged tools, or hygiene issues to the supervisor.

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or manager.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Basic knowledge of kitchen work is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits.

• Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to follow instructions properly.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies when required.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, food factory, or QSR is an advantage.

• Freshers may also apply if willing to learn.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
