Job Overview

A busy cloud kitchen in Gurugram serving daily Indian Thalis to offices and PGs is hiring a full-time Kitchen Helper. This is a residential (live-in) role with free accommodation provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Food Preparation

• Clean, wash, and chop vegetables in large quantities for Indian meals.

• Assist with essential kitchen prep like kneading dough and boiling rice/lentils.

Thali Packaging

• Pack food quickly and neatly into Thali trays and delivery containers.

• Securely seal all packaging to ensure zero leakage during transit.

• Organise delivery bags with essential add-ons like salads, pickles, and spoons.

Kitchen Maintenance & Cleaning

• Wash large cooking hands, pots, pans, and utensils promptly.

• Keep the kitchen counters, stoves, and packing stations completely clean and hygienic.

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the cloud kitchen premises.

Requirements

• Language: Hindi or basic English.

• Status: Must be comfortable staying in the provided accommodation.

• Hygiene: High standards of cleanliness and disciplined behaviour.

• Speed: Ability to work quickly during peak lunch and dinner delivery hours.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
