Bistro Kitchen helper Role & Responsibilities.

The Kitchen Helper is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring timely order processing in a fast-paced bistro/cloud kitchen environment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: Passed 10th standard with basic reading and understanding of English.

2. Age: Below 30 years, must be physically fit

3. Location: Must live nearby within 6 km of the store (Else should have own vehicle like

cycle, bike etc.)

4. Work Readiness: Minimum have to do cutting, chopping & helping job in kitchen

5. Shift Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night)

Cleanliness: Keeps work area and racks clean

Grocery Knowledge: Basic understanding of grocery items

6. Job Awareness: Understands job duties and salary

7. )‘Resume: Must carry a physical resume at the time of interview

Not Eligible Candidates.

1. Candidate is looking for part-time work only. (Only Full Time Candidates Required)

2. Candidate wants a specific shift only (Weekly Rotational Shift)

3. Candidate lives more than 6 km from store.

4. Candidate is not willing to do kitchen helper job.

5. Candidate wants join only after 2–3 days from interview (Immediate joiners required)

Shift Timings.

1. 8 am - 6 pm(Gurgaon)

2. 12 pm - 9 pm(Gurgaon)

3. 4 pm - 1 am(Gurgaon)

4. 10 pm - 7 am(Gurgaon)

5. 4 pm - 1 am(Bangalore)

6. 5 pm - 2 am(Bangalore)

7. 6 pm - 3 am(Bangalore)
8. 10 pm - 7 am(Bangalore)

9. 11 pm - 8 am(Bangalore)

Salary Structure

Gurgaon:
Basic: ₹16209
Bangalore:
Basic: ₹19000

• Please Note Shift timings are not fixed and can change as per Store requirements.

• Monday to Friday and one day week off, Saturday and Sunday Mandatory.

• Salary cycle is 1st to 31st of every month is paid on 7th of next month.
