Job Title: Factory Cook
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Cook in preparing daily meals for approximately 35–40 employees.
Cut, clean, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients required for cooking.
Prepare chapathis and ragi mudde on alternate days as per the meal plan.
Cook food as instructed, ensuring taste, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Prepare tea/coffee and hot water at scheduled times.
Wash all cooking utensils, vessels, and kitchen tools after use.
Clean and maintain kitchen stoves, slabs, and cooking area regularly.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
Follow basic hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen at all times.
Work under the guidance and supervision of the Head Cook.
In the absence of the Head Cook, independently manage the entire cooking process, including planning, preparation, and serving.
Additional Expectations:
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.
Be punctual and manage time efficiently to ensure meals are served on time.
Cooperate with team members and follow instructions properly.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
