Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook to prepare fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals for staff/students. The candidate should maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage food stock, and ensure timely meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as per requirement.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
Plan daily menu as instructed by management.
Purchase groceries and kitchen supplies when required.
Monitor food quality and freshness.
Handle kitchen equipment safely.
Ensure meals are prepared on time.
Follow health and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook.
Knowledge of Indian vegetarian dishes.
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in hostel, office, or institute kitchen preferred.
Can manage multiple meals daily.
