Job Title: Cook – Bangalore Hoskote Biryani & Kebab

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing authentic Bangalore Hoskote-style biryani, kebabs, curries, and related dishes. The candidate should be able to handle food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Bangalore Hoskote biryani and kebabs.

• Prepare ginger-garlic paste, masalas, gravies, marinades, and spice mixes.

• Chop vegetables, cut and clean meat, and prepare ingredients for cooking.

• Marinate meat and prepare kebabs according to recipes.

• Cook rice, biryani, curries, and other menu items.

• Plate and serve food while maintaining presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.

• Store food and ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.

• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Required Skills:

• Experience preparing Bangalore Hoskote biryani and kebabs.

• Strong chopping, knife, and food preparation skills.

• Knowledge of making fresh pastes, masalas, gravies, and marinades.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to cleanliness.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
