Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Indian Cook to prepare authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food quality. The candidate should have experience in Indian cuisine, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, breads, rice items, snacks, and tandoori dishes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Handle food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking processes efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock and inform management about shortages.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations.
Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.
