Job Title: Indian Cook (Commis/Chef)

Location: Riverdale Resort, Near Panvel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Indian Cook to join our kitchen team at Riverdale Resort. The candidate should have experience in preparing North Indian, South Indian, and Maharashtrian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

- Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.

- Manage food preparation and mise en place.

- Monitor stock and report daily kitchen requirements.

- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control.

- Work efficiently during buffet, group bookings, and à la carte service.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Indian Cook.

- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Work Location: Riverdale Resort, Near Panvel.
