Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Indian food as per standard recipes
Assist CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow food safety standards (FIFO, storage, etc.)
Handle kitchen equipment properly
Support in stock control and minimize wastage
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Indian kitchen
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
Team player with good communication skills
