Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and flavors, along with the ability to prepare high-quality dishes for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of traditional Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori, biryani, and regional specialties.

• Ensure all dishes are prepared with the correct ingredients, following recipes, and meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

• Manage and oversee the preparation and presentation of food in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist in menu planning and suggesting new dishes based on seasonal ingredients and current trends.

• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the restaurant’s standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, ensuring proper ordering of ingredients and supplies.

• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service.
