We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Commi Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while maintaining hygiene and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone starting or growing their career in the culinary field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Follow instructions from senior chefs like Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Help in stock rotation (FIFO method) and inventory management
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Support kitchen operations during busy hours
Comply with food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
